• Service cancelled before start

• Provider does not arrive

• Service not delivered as agreed

2 When Refunds Do NOT Apply

• Work already completed

• Partial service accepted without complaint

• Delay due to weather or field conditions

3 Refund Process

• Refunds processed within 5–7 working days

• Amount credited to original payment method

• For cash payments, refund through approved channel
