1 Platform Role

Shetyoddha is a technology marketplace that connects farmers with independent service providers such as farm workers, operators, and vendors.
Shetyoddha does not directly perform farming services.

2 User Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old.

• You must provide correct contact and identity details.

• Fake or misleading information may result in account suspension.

3 Account Responsibility

• You are responsible for all activity under your account.

• Keep your login details secure.

• Inform us immediately if misuse is suspected.

4 Service Bookings

• All services depend on availability of service providers.

• Arrival time is approximate and may vary due to weather, traffic, or field conditions.

• Final service depends on mutual agreement between farmer and service provider.

5 Pricing & Payments

• Service prices are shown before booking.

• Payment may be digital or approved offline mode.

• Final cost may change based on:

  • Actual work done

  • Time spent

  • Extra services requested

6 User Responsibilities

Users must:

• Provide safe working conditions

• Give accurate job details

• Treat service providers with respect

• Not force unsafe or illegal work

7 Service Provider Responsibilities

Service providers must:

• Perform work honestly and safely

• Follow agreed job scope

• Maintain professional behaviour

8 Limitation of Liability

Shetyoddha is not responsible for:

• Crop loss

• Weather damage

• Equipment failure

• Injuries caused by unsafe conditions

• Disputes between farmers and workers

9 Termination

Shetyoddha may suspend accounts for:

• Fraud

• Abuse

• Repeated violations

• Misuse of platform

10 Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
